Dennis Drislane is President of Cypress Point Communications, Inc., a technology services company focused primarily on assisting healthcare businesses with the challenges associated with connectivity and inter-operability between providers, payers, patients, financial institutions and other players within the healthcare delivery market. In addition to being an advisor to HealthEdge, Mr. Drislane is a member of the Board of Directors of seven healthcare-related companies including Amirsys, Dispensing Solutions, NaviMedix, Omega Healthcare Management Services, Pharos Innovations, TC3 Health and Zotec Partners. Previously, Mr. Drislane was a Senior Vice President at Healtheon, which eventually became WebMD.

Before joining Healtheon, he held a number of executive positions at Electronic Data Systems over a 24-year period including President of EDS' healthcare division. Mr. Drislane received his Master of Science in Business Administration, Management Information Science, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Science, from California State University in Sacramento.
