John R. Gunn has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, a cancer research and treatment center since 1987 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance from 1985 to 1987 and Vice President of Finance from 1982 to 1985. Previously, Mr. Gunn served as the Vice President of Finance at Michael Reese Medical Center. Mr. Gunn began his career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.

Mr. Gunn has been a Director of U.S. HomeCare Corp. since September 1994 and serves as a Member of its Nominating Committee and Chairperson of the Audit Committee. He has been a Director of Radiologix, Inc. since September 2004. He serves as Director of Mojave Therapeutics, Inc. Mr. Gunn serves as a board member of several companies and associations, including the Greater New York Hospital Association, Hospital Association of New York, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Devereaux Foundation. He served as a Director of WellChoice Inc. since August 2002. He served as a Director of HealthChoice from March 1993 to November 2002 and of Empire BlueCross BlueShield from March 1993 to November 2002. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales.
