Mr. Lykes is a private investor and a Director of Bay Cities Bank in Tampa, Florida, where he also serves as a member of the bank's executive loan, compensation, asset/liability and electronic settlement oversight committees. Mr. Lykes is a former Director of Beasley Distributing Co. Inc. and has held several roles with Lykes Bros. Inc, including Director, Director of Treasury, and Assistant Treasurer. Mr. Lykes also served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vitality Foodservice, Inc, a Lykes Bros. Inc. subsidiary. Mr. Lykes also spent ten years in commercial banking credit and loan restructuring activities. Mr. Lykes began his career with Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York.

Mr. Lykes is a 1984 graduate of Washington and Lee University and also earned a Master's of Science in Finance from the University of Tampa. Mr. Lykes is active in leadership positions in several of Tampa's civic, charitable, and social organizations, particularly with St. John's Episcopal Church.
