Guy F. Bryant is the Operating Partner for HealthEdge Investment Partners' portfolio companies in their Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Group. Bryant currently serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Dispensing Solutions, Inc. (DSI), an FDA and DEA registered specialty pharmaceutical business specializing in the repackaging of pharmaceuticals for the physician and government markets. Guy has successfully led the growth of DSI since September, 2006, when Health Edge Partners acquired a majority interest in the company.

Prior to joining the Health Edge team, Mr. Bryant served as Executive Vice President of Priority HealthCare Corporation (PHCC), which was purchased by Express Scripts, Inc. (ESRX) in the fall of 2005. During his approximately 10 year tenure at Priority, in addition to other corporate duties, Mr. Bryant was the senior executive responsible for the distribution division, which he grew from $100 million to $1.3 billion in annual revenues as of the sale of the company. He also executed a turnaround of the division, successfully led 5 acquisitions, and served as Chief Marketing Officer for 2 years. Mr. Bryant was a member of the executive team (as co-COO), that successfully took PHCC public, spun PHCC out of its parent company, Bindley Western Industries, and created almost $2 billion in shareholder value in less than four years. PHCC was one of the most successful healthcare IPOs of the late 1990's.

Mr. Bryant has been in the healthcare, specialty pharmaceutical, and medical supply sector for over 25 years. He started his career with American Hospital Supply. After four successful years in operations, sales and sales management, Bryant moved on to two successful start up opportunities in the healthcare consumer products arena, and then served as Vice President for Major Pharmaceuticals, a national generic pharmaceutical distributor, before joining PHCC. Mr. Bryant graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
