Mr. Lee joined HealthEdge in 2006 to focus on transaction completion, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio management. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Woodbury Products. Prior to HealthEdge, Mr. Lee was an Investment Analyst with Commonwealth Associates, a New York, NY-based investment bank where his responsibilities included deal origination, fundraising, and business development. Prior to Commonwealth, Mr. Lee was an analyst for the CARE Capital Group, a multi-strategy fund of hedge funds. A Tampa, FL native, Mr. Lee graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Management.
