Patrick Warren was formerly an Associate at Harren Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. At Harren, he participated in a number of platform investments and worked with portfolio companies to develop growth strategies and execute add-on acquisitions. Previously, Patrick worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Ewing Bemiss & Co. in Richmond, Virginia, where he participated in a variety of merger and acquisition, equity and structured finance transactions across a broad range of industries. Mr. Warren graduated in May of 2004 from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a Bachelors of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management. Patrick actively supports his local S.P.C.A. and is a member of the UVA young alumni club, through which he supports Habitat for Humanity.
