  BANGALORE, INDIA — April 28, 2008 – Omega Healthcare (“Omega”), a leading healthcare business and knowledge process outsourcing provider in India, is pleased to announce the completion of a minority equity investment by Enam Holdings Private Ltd. (“Enam”). The capital invested by Enam will be used to support an accelerated expansion of Omega’s India operations and for general working capital purposes.
