Joining HealthEdge in 2012 as an Operating Partner, Steve focuses on Human Capital and Techology and currently serves as CEO of Infinity Homecare, a Florida-based provider of Medicare home health and therapy services. Steve graduated with an M.B.A. from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and is a Morehead Scholar from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned a dual B.A. in Physics and Geography.
Currently, Steve serves as a member of the Board for the Georgia Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as well as being a member of the CHOA Annual Fund Board.
Previously Steve served as Executive Vice President of Integration and Chief Human Resources Officer at Piedmont Healthcare, a top southeast regional healthcare system, where he led the system-wide strategy for integration of a $1.6 billion company with 11,000 employees, 5 hospitals and over 100 locations.
Prior to Piedmont, Steve held the position of Senior Vice President of People and Technology at Stiefel Laboratories, Inc., where he directed the acquisition of Connetics Corporation for $640 million in 2006, Barrier Therapeutics for $148 million in 2008, and ABR, a closely-held French Aesthetics Company in 2008. In 2009 he was directly involved in the global sale of Steifel to Glaxo SmithKline for $3.6 billion.
