HealthEdge Completes Investment in Specialty Pharmacy Nursing Network
Tampa, Florida – March 31, 2021 – HealthEdge Investment Partners, LLC (“HealthEdge”), a healthcare focused private equity fund, announced today that it has completed an investment in Specialty Pharmacy Nursing Network, Inc. (“SPNN”), a national provider of specialty home infusion nursing services. Through its national network of highly trained infusion nurses, SPNN provides outsourced solutions to specialty pharmacies and biopharmaceutical manufacturers for drug administration, patient education and training, clinical call support, and patient outcome reporting. SPNN specializes in serving patients with rare, chronic, and orphan disorders.
Based in Sarasota, FL, SPNN was founded in 2009 by Cherylann Gregory. A registered nurse by training, Ms. Gregory has served as the company’s CEO since its founding and remains in that capacity following the investment.
