As an Associate of HealthEdge, Kyle is responsible for deal origination, due diligence, valuation, financing, structuring, and add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Kyle was most recently an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York City, where he focused on executing sell-side and buy-side middle-market M&A transactions across the healthcare sector. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, Kyle worked as an Investment Associate at Flight Lease Capital Management where he focused on investing in the aerospace sector.
Kyle earned a B.S. degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a M.S.F. degree from the University of Miami.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys being outdoors, whether that be diving, fishing, or golfing, and spending time with friends.
